“ My experience was disappointing. During my time being represented by this agency, they never got me an interview. I found the job on my own and they still got their full commission. The only thing I got was a contract negotiated for a few thousand dollars. When it was time to find work again, they still could not land an interview with other stations or negotiate more money with my employer. After I terminated the agency agreement, I got numerous interviews and offers on my own. I currently make much more money and don't have to pay anything to anyone! I could not recommend Willinger to anyone looking for work.”
