“Hiring Josh Gropper was the best career move I've ever made. He's young, extremely ambitious, and knows how to get the job done. He is very accessible, honest, and treats you like you're his only client. I highly recommend him.”
“I had the worst experience with Carolyn Kane. I reached out to her via email-- and she responded quickly. However, that was the only good thing about my interaction with her. Our phone consultation was around 30 minutes. Not only she was unprepared, she didn't look at the reel I sent her, and was consistently distracted. Throughout the phone call, she would answer emails (and stop talking mid-sentence), she would text other people-- and never acknowledged why she was so checked out. Seemed like she has enough clients, and doesn't have the time to give new people the attention they deserve. Look elsewhere.”
“Liz is great. She uses her personal cell to communicate. There's no assistant, email, or anything else that stands between you and any information you could want, when you want it. She's been in the business for 40 years and knows everyone there is to know. She'll be your biggest advocate.”
“Miae is great. She’s a newer agent with UTA (formerly Bienstock) which means she’s hungry and hardworking. She always takes my calls and even though I’m two years in on a three year contract, we’ve been in close contact the whole time. Now we are in crunch time and I’ve been sending her work of mine every week and we are scheduling meetings… which, after reading reviews on here, not every agent is like this apparently. Leave them if they’re not because good agents are out there, people! I was really hesitant to get an agent and was even approached by some of the agents rated on here… and feeling really grateful I didn’t sign with them but went with Miae instead. When I was really unhappy she listened to my concerns and we devised a plan out of there together. In fact, I didn’t even apply to the job I’m at (top 5 market). As I was interviewing at market 7, she said “we can do better” and pushed me… now here we are. Love her both as an agent and as a person. 5/5!”
“He has been great so far. He’s very attentive, and also a very in the know of what I need, and make sure that whatever opportunities he brings me, they are right fit. He’s also very good about working strategically with me, as I do still have a few months to figure things out before my contract ends. overall the united talent agency has been beyond great and would say the agency and himself are both 10/10.”

I can honestly say if I didn’t have an agent, I wouldn’t have made the moves I’ve made.”

As an agent-less talent, I am always considering (if I choose to move on). This is an excellent resource.”
